Reservation policy
These guidelines and conditions on this page are required by the owner/manager of the property.
- Arrival between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM
- Departure between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM
- Pool open from May 1st to September 30th
Included in the rental price:
- Bed linen and towels (weekly change)
- Internet/WIFI
Not included in the rental price and to be paid on-site:
- Final cleaning (mandatory): €200.00
- Refundable deposit (in cash) (mandatory): €200.00
- Heating: €5.50 per cubic meter
- Air conditioning: €80.00 per day
- Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.00 per person per day
On request – Not included in the rental price and to be paid on-site:
- Towels (additional set): €3.00 per person
- Bed linen and towels (additional set): €13.00 per person per change
- Extra bed: €50.00 per person per day
- Breakfast: €15.00 per person per day
- Room service: €30.00 per hour
- Cooking classes: to be arranged with the owner/manager
- Cook: €50.00 per hour
- Wine tasting: to be arranged with the owner/manager
- Baby cot: €25.00 per child per day
- Pool towels: €3.00 per person
To successfully complete the online booking process, a prepayment of 50% of the total amount is required. If you wish to book the respective apartment, please send your request to us. Our staff will contact you and inform you about availability and the reservation and payment conditions, after which you can confirm the booking by making the down payment. You will receive a written confirmation. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival, unless otherwise stated in the property’s reservation conditions. For last-minute bookings (within 15 days before arrival), unless otherwise stated in the property’s reservation conditions, the full amount must be paid to confirm the booking.
In case of cancellation of a booking, unless otherwise stated in the property’s reservation conditions, even if replaced by another, the following rules apply:
- The owner/manager retains the down payment (usually 50%) of the total rental price if the cancellation occurs from the time of booking up to 15 days before the start of the rental period.
- The owner/manager receives 100% of the total rental price if the cancellation occurs within 15 days before the arrival date or in case of no-show.
If the tenant (the person in whose name the booking is made, to whom all correspondence is addressed, and who is responsible for the rental) is unable to make the trip because of an official lockdown with closed national or regional borders in the country of origin or destination at the time of arrival, the booking can be canceled without penalty within 14 days before arrival (14-0). The tenant will receive a full refund via the payment method used at the time of booking or a voucher for the same amount, which can be used for a future booking.
